From what my mini Focus Group/Mom tells me, many women do see the treatment of Palin as border line sexist. McCain is damned either way be cause he is either a) afraid of Palin outshining him, which is a bit sexist and pathetic or b) he made a bad choice choosing Palin because she is not ready and he knows it. In my opinion, this is just gas on the fire of the McCain-Media Wars. If he was able to get Campbell Brown to go off in a mini Special Comment a la Keith Olbermann, this fight has just started and we ain't seen nothing yet...

CNN's Campbell Brown: Free Sarah Palin!
Over the past few days it seems that female journalists have grown tired of the Sarah Palin press black-out. MSNBC's Rachel Maddow has said that the fact that we may have a female VP is "exciting" but she is wary of Sarah Palin. NBC News' Andrea Mitchell has said the media black out of Palin is similar to how the press works in South Korea. And now CNN's Campbell Brown jumps on board and slams McCain for being "sexist" in their treatment of Sarah Palin.
